SAP + SEVEN = value

SAP – this same technology is bought by many different businesses but the value gained from it varies enormously. Many settle for results that are average or good at best; whilst some achieve truly great benefits. The supply chain is where this value gap is felt most.

Traditional SAP consultancy is often part of the problem by failing to help organisations maximise return on investment by focusing mostly on functional and technical issues, whilst not always appreciating the total integration requirements of SAP enabled supply chains.  Great supply chain benefits from SAP are, however, both possible and achievable with the right advice and support.

Formed in early 2006 by a group of like-minded leading Supply Chain and SAP consultants, SEVEN is a business improvement consultancy specialising in delivering value from our client's SAP enabled Supply Chains.

Each of the consultants within SEVEN has extensive, global SAP and Supply Chain experience and a wealth of best practice business knowledge; gained in multinational companies and from implementing SAP business change programmes.

We specialise in ensuring that the existing investments that our client’s investments in SAP to support their Extended Supply Chain are maximised and aligned with the company's strategic goals. We also ensure that there is alignment and integration of processes and activities to create a solid foundation for future growth and improvements.
