Getting Control at BAE Systems
SEVEN is very proud to announce that they have been selected by BAE Systems, one of the world's largest providers of aerospace and defence solutions, to work within their Global Combat Systems Vehicles division on a project to deliver 'Excellence in Business Systems’.
The focus of this project is to deliver significant efficiency savings and Supply Chain improvements to BAE Systems via improved use of their SAP capabilities.
The first phase of this project started in April and it is seen as a critical program of change to Global Combat Systems Vehicles division, designed to deliver a solid technical and information foundation upon which they can develop leaner, more effective and value driven processes executed through SAP.
BAE Systems chose SEVEN to undertake this important project due to our focus and experience around value generation, change management and process improvement.
