Getting control at BAE Systems

SEVEN is very proud to announce that BAE Systems, one of the world's largest providers of aerospace and defence solutions, has continued to select SEVEN to work within their Global Combat Systems Vehicles division on a project to deliver 'Excellence in Business Systems’.

The focus of this project is to deliver significant efficiency savings and Supply Chain improvements to BAE Systems via improved use of their SAP capabilities. To date it has been delivering on these goals.

The first phase of this project started in April 2009 and it is seen as a critical program of change to Global Combat Systems Vehicles division, designed to deliver a solid technical and information foundation upon which they can develop leaner, more effective and value driven processes executed through SAP.   SEVEN have also been involved in delivering Supply Chain excellence training sessions, which included participation from the Air division of BAE Systems and the Ministry of Defence.

BAE Systems chose SEVEN to undertake this important project due to our focus and experience around value generation, change management and process improvement.  We hope that the continued involvement of SEVEN in a world class company like BAE Systems reflects that fact that we deliver where others have failed - due to our understanding of how to align these activities with the goals of the business and create sustainable change via alignment of systems, processes, people and data ownership.
