Successful organisations have the ability to marry people, process and technology. Technology like SAP is a huge change for companies, and one for which many are not prepared. Lack of focus on appropriate change management and training is a major contributor to disruptive, costly SAP implementations. Training
We go beyond the normal standard individual training courses by ensuring the key business users understand the integrated nature of the solution and get in-depth knowledge of both the pitfalls and the value drivers of the solution.
We can also ensure that the users, be they at management or operational level, understand exactly how to interrogate the system to extract the information required to perform their roles, and also how to conform to the requirements of the system to ensure data and transactional accuracy.
Communication
At the highest level of an organisation full support of SAP is imperative, and this is implied in any project, given the time and expense devoted to an implementation. However, this support must be actively and regularly communicated in a manner which stresses the importance and attention the board places on an ERP project. Our team communicate to the executive levels of an organisation to ensure everyone understands the level of effort required to have a successful implementation.
Change Management
We can help to ensure that your business has changed its ways of working in line with the new processes that underpin the SAP system. We can ensure that your senior, middle management and operational personnel are fully aware of the best practice processes they need to be undertaking, and why, and can engage their teams in a way that ensure these processes become the new ‘Business-As-Usual’.
We can help set up and manage the correct measures to assess process conformance, and show how to look for process bottlenecks that might be causing problems.
Project Assurance
Our consultants can help you ensure that your SAP project is aligned across the different integrated process areas and on target to deliver the required business case. SEVEN can help to give you the assurance you need that your business process design, data and user readiness are all ready for go-live, regardless of whether the project is managed by us or by another consulting partner, be that in-house or external.
If the project is managed by another partner, we can work with the implementation partner to identify potential bottlenecks or missed opportunities with a view of meeting project milestones and checkpoints.
