BAE Systems
The focus of this project is to deliver significant efficiency savings and Supply Chain improvements to BAE Systems via improved use of their SAP capabilities. The first phase of this project started in April and it is seen as a critical program of change to Global Combat Systems Vehicles division designed to deliver a solid technical and information foundation upon which they can develop leaner, more effective and value driven processes executed through SAP.
